HUD FY2026 FMR aligned with ACS 2019-2023 comparator
Payment standards and voucher-versus-market margins now use HUD FY2026 Fair Market Rent with Census ACS 2019-2023 median gross rent, matching HUD FY2026 methodology inputs. Removed the PlainRent cross-DB geo dependency; metro route identifiers are portal-owned (commits ef33ad1, 4a81a29).
Public /corrections alias and identity CiteThis blocks
Added a /corrections redirect to the editorial corrections process, a public /changelog of corroborated changes, and Cite this page blocks on identity and legal pages so readers have a stable citation string and a clear path to report data issues.
Honest per-page sitemap lastmod
Static and research sitemap entries stamp lastmod from git or HUD extract vintage per page instead of a single portal-wide fingerprint (commit e6222f9).
Dead rankings class noindexed and emptied from sitemap
Rankings hub noindex; sitemap-rankings locs emptied after URL_BLEED hold left the dead class still crawlable (commit 2e86908).
